Bible club bag Instructions
Thank you so much for helping pack the Oak Tree Bible club bags this month! This year, we are learning stories of Jesus. For the next few months, we are focusing on how Jesus was wise. He taught in parables, which are stories that teach about God. This month’s story is about the runaway son. The story is found in Luke 15:11-32. Take some time to read the story before you begin or watch the video, and think about how God is a loving Father. He is always ready to forgive and welcome us into His love! Ask Him to grow these truths in your heart and in the hearts of all the children and families who will receive Bible club bags this month.
There will be 92 total bags. Each bag is for a family in Marks Village. The bags are numbered from 1-6. The number on the bag indicates how many kids are in that family. There will be:
32 1s
24 2s
18 3s
12 4s
3 5s
2 6s
Some items will be one per family, and some items will be one per child.
Per family:
1 stack of papers
Per child (number indicated on bag):
1 bag of popcorn
1 bag of fruit snacks
1 cup of diced peaches
1 pack of crayons
1 bracelet
Make sure to put all items behind the papers to make sure the Bible story and qr code are visible in the front of the bag. And try to flatten the bags as much as you can before zipping them closed.
Thanks so much for loving our community in this way!
