Bible club bag Instructions

Thank you so much for helping pack the Oak Tree Bible club bags this month! This year, we are learning truths about who God is. This month we learn that God is generous.He is the One who gives us what we need. We can see this from the Bible in the story of Elijah and the widow in 1 Kings 17:8-16.

Take some time to read the story before you begin or watch the video. Through this story we see that God was generous to the widow, and He is generous to us! Take time to thank Him for all He has done for you. Ask Him to grow these truths in your heart and in the hearts of all the children and families who will receive Bible club bags this month.

There will be 84 total bags. Each bag is for a family in Marks Village. The bags are numbered from 1-6. The number on the bag indicates how many kids are in that family. There will be:

• 19 1s

• 27 2s

• 18 3s

• 12 4s

• 5 5s

• 3 6s

Some items will be one per family, and some items will be one per child. 

• Per family:

• 1 stack of papers - each stack has the Bible story page in the front, followed by a family activity and an activity page for each child. These are already collated.

• 1 sheet of glue dots

• 1 pack of mini markers

• 1 handful of paper leaves (10-12)

• Per child (number indicated on bag):

• 1 juice box

• 1 pack of cheese crackers

• 1 rice krispie treat

• 1 thank you card

• 1 envelope

• 1 ballpoint pen

Make sure to put all items behind the papers to make sure the Bible story and qr code are visible in the front of the bag. And try to flatten the bags as much as you can before zipping them closed.
