Are you interested in exploring how you can support Oak Tree on a deeper level? We are currently receiving applications of those interested in serving on our Board of Directors!
We’re looking for people who:
Walk with dependence upon Jesus.
Embrace the core values of justice, mercy and humility for the work of Oak Tree Ministries.
Enthusiastically support our mission to labor with the people of Marks Village in fulfillment of God’s promise in Isaiah 61 to raise up for himself oak trees of righteousness for the display of His splendor.
Want to more deeply deploy their time, talent, and treasure to see Oak Tree Ministries mature structurally and strategically in our commitment to gospel centered, trauma informed community support.
Expectations / requirements / commitments:
Attend 6 regularly scheduled meetings per year.
Abide by the governance of board policy.
Engage in personal gift support to the level of their ability in coordination with an annual board giving goal.
Advocate for Oak Tree Ministries with the gifting and capital of various kinds that you’ve been entrusted by God
Sign an Annual Affirmation and Conflict of Interest Statement.
