Are your mind and heart turned toward acting justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God through lifting up the oppressed held captive through poverty? Join like-minded Christ followers at Oak Tree Ministries. We labor together with the 2500+ people of the Marks Village housing project in Gate City. We address physical, psychological and spiritual needs through Gospel-centered ministries on paths of relationship, restoration, relief and rehabilitation. The Bible Club is the ministry's first and largest initiative engaging 100+ students with over 30 community volunteers joining the effort. Volunteers build relationships and disciple the kids through free play, worship, large and small group study of the Word, prayer, and a meal.
